we bought a refurbished Imac off the internet. I am not familiar with apple products. Can you tell me what I need to do to update my software. It appears that i should be able to update to 10.5 but I am not able to find it on-line. Thanks for any help you can offer me

* 512MB of memory (I say 1.5GB for PPC at least, 2-3GB minimum for IntelMacs)
* DVD drive for installation
* 9GB of available disk space (I say 30GB at least)
Classic/OS9 Apps no longer supported.
Trouble is Apple no longer sells it, check eBay & such for the Retail version, not the Gray Discs...

I hate to sound stupid but under requirements it states that i need 10.6.8 What do i need to do since my software is 10.4.11 thanks for helping
You need a Mac OS X 10.6 DVD(see above for the link) and the 10.6.8 combo updater, which will be available from Software Update after installing the DVD.
