You don't, in a word. Lighroom understands neither the iPhoto nor the Aperture Library. Export the files from iPhoto / Aperture to the Finder and take it from there.

You know there is no workflow using iPhoto, Aperture and Lightroom that makes any sense. What are you trying to do?
