I have a late 2008 15" model macbook pro. I recently jumped from the snow leopard OS to mountain lion. Due to slow speeds and at the reccomendation of a Genius, I installed more ram. I went from 2 one gig sticks (2x1) to 2 two gig sticks (2x2). This is the most RAM my machine can support. Apple said that they longer sold the DDR2 ram and that I would have to go somewhere like best buy. I went to bestbuy and had them install if for me (big mistake). They installed DDR2 6100 when my machine needs DDR2 5300. The guy said that he tried doing a 2x2 setup, but the screen freaked out, so he could only do a one gig stick and a two gig stick. I took my computer home and started experiencing random restarts. After talking with apple and verifying that the disk was ok, and I installed the correct ram myself, hoping this would correct the problem, however it did not. I am not sure if the ram best buy installed could have shorted something, or if its just the new operating system. Any suggestions?

Here is what I am getting
