Connect the iPod to your computer. Open iTunes. There will be a Devices section in iTunes' sidebar under which you should see your iPod Touch listed. Select it then click on the Summary tab in the main window. To sync from your iTunes collection to the Touch click on the Music tab. Now select the music you want to sync. It should be self-explanatory. When you've selected the music you want click on the Sync button in the lower-left corner of the window.
