Setting up a new iPhone with iTunes Match.

Hello

I am setting up a new iPhone with iTunes Match.

All my music is in iTunes on my MacBook Pro.

Do I really have to download all the music directly on my iPhone over the internet? I can't find anyway of copying it from iTunes on my Mac.

Downloading over the internet will take me a long long time (40GB+!) - frustrating as it's already on my MacBook Pro!

Have tried dragging music to the iPhone icon in iTunes but that doesn't work. Should I turn iTunes Match off, sync as in the old days, then turn iTunes match back on??

Any help much appreciated.
