I have Iphone 4 that my family bring to me from Sweden, but it is locked to Tele2 Swe network. I have asked in Tele2 SWE for unlock, its is possible, but i need someone in Sweden, for adress for bill or something. So, please, is anybody here from Sweden willing to help me that i can use my iphone4?
I have see online unlock's, but too expencive, over 130USD, too much for me. Please, help.

Only the carrier to whom the device is locked can authorize it's unlocking. Contact them.
I have contacted costumer service, someone need be there for paying, they not want payment over paypal. I need someone there, i send to them money over paypal, and tat guy pay directly to tele2 sweden.

family dont live more in sweden, almost a year ago.
Then you are going to have to find a way to work with the carrier. No one here, or Apple, can do anything for you.
