My podcast and its App problems (see message)

Hello.

My podcast is streaming fine to iTunes but everything goes weird (to ****) when you open it in the podcast app.

The titles appear correctly on the iTunes store but when you open the podcast in app it shows each episode as being called "whatitispodcast". The other HUGE issue (that has caused us to lose subscribers) is that the podcast doesn't update at all on the podcast app. You have to search the show in the store to download new episodes.

Is the problem with my feed? My website (run through wordpress)? Or with the app? Any help here would be greatly appreciated.
