I would like to record a song from the sequencer in my synthesizer to garage band. What is the set up for this? I have a Roland Juno G, if that matters.
All you need to do is connect one of the outputs or headphone output to the Mac's or interface (if you have one) audio input. Use a real instrument track and record.
Do you want to transfer the sounds or the midi?
For the sounds, follow isteveus's advice, for midi you need a midi interface, our if it has it, plug the USB connection from the synth into a USB port.
