I have no signal from my midi keyboard in MainStage

I have no signal from my midi keyboard in Main Stage. Do I need a change a certain setting in the keyboard to send a signal to my computer ?

MainStage, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2), Roland Fantom X6
