Restore an app to my new iPhone5
I use an app that has data. How do I transfer this app from iPhone4 to my new iPhone5?

Sorry, I just want to restore only one app with data and not my entire iPhone. Is that possible?
No. The restore from backup process is all or nothing, & to restore app data requires restoring from backup.
