session cannot be started with iphone
I'm running the latest itunes on a Windows 8 PC. When I connect my iphone 5, I receive a message stating that a session cannot be started with the iphone. I cannot back-up my device, as I get the same error message. I tried backing up to icloud using wi-fi, but receie a message that the backup cannot be completed. Can anyone help?
