I cannot open a Quicktime file from Avid and told I need Avid DV420 Codec. Where is the download source?

Looking for a download of AVID Quicktime DV420 Codec. Have a .mov Quicktime from AVID but Quicktime won't recognise it.

Final Cut Pro X, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.1)
