Hi, I am asking to solve the problem missing footnotes on .pages file when converting to .epub file.
How to keep the footnotes even while converting from pages to epub? Or which form of footnotes should be created to convert safely to epub?
Please help me to find a resolution for this issue.

The footnotes do not appear at the bottom of the page you need them to appear, but they are found at the end of the book. The eBook file conversion places all of the footnotes there.
