Java SE 6 runtime error on OS ML

I've just recently purchased a MacBook Pro OS X 10.8.2 ML and used my external hard disc as a Time Machine to restore my old files/back ups.


After using the lap top for a day, the following "java" error/prompt has been popping up everytime I run Safari.User uploaded file


I've updated it to the latest Java SE 7 version and thought it could be a malware. I've also tried using terminal to try and detect for the Java app (which is already installed by then) but it still prompted to say that there was no Java app found. (See below)

Anyone out there still facing this issue after updating their Java SE?

p.s. I've tried installing whenever prompted but it still didn't work.
