When I restarted it I chose to start it as a new phone, and now I can't get my of my contacts back. I've tried syncing with ICloud and no luck HELP more

Dec 3, 2012 9:27 AM in response to eastcoast789by Lexiepex,if you eve made a backup of the iPhone BEFORE you did the reset, you can restore from that backup: rightclick the iPhone icon in iTunes and choose restore from backup: it will show you the available backups.

My actual computer. I did everything through wifi and backed up daily to iCloud. Is there anyway to retrieve my contacts through iCloud?? When I look now it only shows the contacts that weren't linked to my Facebook acct. I appreciate the help!!

In iTunes/Preferences/Devices check the "Prevent iPods.... from syncing automatically".
Connect your iPhone to iTunes by cable or set sync by WiFi on the Summary page.
Then on the Info Page scroll down and check "contacts" under the "Advanced" heading.
Then click "sync" in the right bottom of the page.
