Magic Mouse Battery Level

Hi,

Mid-2010 MacBook Pro running OS X 10.8.2.

After one month of daily usage (4-5) hours/day, System Preferences reports Mouse Battery Level: 100%. I'm typically down below 50% at this point. Tried SMC reset but no difference.

Idea?
