Is it possible to restore server (Using TMachine) without restoring the whole volume?

I had a server crash, and in the process of fixing that, I do not want to restore the whole volume (clean install, please and thank you). But, Migration Assistant/Time machine will not let me select anything in the restore process.

Honestly, if I could restore my wiki, that would be enough. However, if that cannot be done without bringing everything back (along with the problems that helped lead to the crash) I will simply recreate.

P.S. How do I make the new setup less prone to this disaster?

Thanks

You may have to adapt this article, as it's outdated:

Mac OS X v10.5, Mac OS X Server v10.5: Web, Mail, Wiki, Personal Web Sharing, Parental Controls services may not start after restoring a Time Machine backup

Or see this:

Restoring OS X Server from a Time Machine backup

I've found that Setup Assistant doesn't properly restore all server data. I had to use a mirror backup.
