Is there a virus in my iPad?

Hi guys,

So a while ago I was wondering whether songs could directly be downloaded onto the iPad using safari. So I went onto mp3 skull, had a listen to the song to the song I wanted and pressed the download button. The page started to load but then a thoughts came into my head, would it be legal, could it cause a virus etc. So I closed the tab and no music was downloaded. But just to be sure, is my iPad safe? Did that cause a virus and is that even legal to download music like that?

iPad (3rd gen) Wi-Fi, iOS 6

No, it did not install a virus on your iPad. And you cannot download music files from a website using Safari (it doesn't have that capability). You might the app store or the site to see if a specific app is recommended.

As for being legal, I'm not familiar with the site. You might try a Google search.
