Is there a way to Lock page's documents?

Hi,

I use Pages for my invoices. Often I have a re-peat client, and I open an old invoice and do a Save As to create a new one. Sometimes I accidently forget the save as step, and lose the info.

Is there a way to lock all my pages docs so that they cannot be altered?

Thanks,

Gary

Set in the Finder.

For individual files, select the file in the Finder, then press command-I to Get Info.

Click the disclosure triangle to open the Ownership and Permissions section of the Info window.

Change all three pop-up menus in the Details section to Read Only (you may have to unlock, using your password).
