USB ports not mounting external drives. Would appreciate a way to troubleshoot. Thanks
My MacBook Pro is no longer displaying the drives I plug into the USB ports.
Could someone tell me what might be wrong and how to troubleshoot? It's still under warrantee, thank goodness.
