"Try again later" error message - WHY?

I have an existing apple ID.

Everytime I try to place an order (buy a book via aperture), I fill in the billing info, the credit card info, the shipping address - all in the same country, but get a message saying 'try again later'. it would give the same error for ever!!!


why is that, and where can i get help?

Aperture 3, iOS 6.0.1
