Hi,
I just got the gigabit thunderbolt adapter for my MBA and I am wondering what to do if I needed to use both the Gigabit Ethernet and a DVI Adapter? Is there kind of a Y-Adapter out there that fits my needs?

I don't know about a Y-adapter, but I do know that Apple sells a USB - ethernet adapter.

Are you trying to split the Thunderbolt port?
You're going to be extremely limited on options, as sberman recommended the USB-to-Ethernet option is the best bet. Thunderbolt hubs are still MIA, such as the one from Belkin - http://www.belkin.com/us/F4U055/p/P-F4U055
The other options (Thunderbolt Display) are pretty prohibitory in terms of cost-for-function.
