I recently had to use an Ipod Nano temporarily while my Ipod classic is being worked on. There is noticeably degrading in the quality of the music between the Nano and the Classic. Do I just live with the quality difference?

I have to now upgrade my 80GB ipod classic because of storage. I want to make sure a new Ipod 160GB will deliver the same quality as my 80GB. The temporary Nano I've been using has been dissapointing.

I've found the same issue , apple are very tight lipped on this issue !.

Tech support no help , but everybody knows its there.

Do we simply just take our devices back as they are not at all living up to expectations ?
