Itunes wont open :(

Hello. I have itunes on my pc and it wont open. When i click the shortcut i get the hourglass to show it opening then it goes back to the cursor as if its opened but theres nothing on my screen and it isnt showing anywhere as open unless i do ctrl/alt/delete to bring up my task manager and it shows in there. I created another user account on my pc to see if it worked there but nothing 😟
