I just got a new capture card and it requires OS X 10.7 or .8 but I can't log into the store to update. Keep getting an unknown error has occured. I have 10.6.8. Any info would be fantastic, this is really frustrating.

Now I can get into the App Store but it tells me my account hasn't been used on this store so I need to verify it, I go to do that and it keeps telling me to enter a valid email address even though I'm entering the one I'm using and it's correct. This is really getting on my nerves.
Sounds like you're using the store of a different nationality?
