IPhone 4 not syncing calendar w/ Outlook 2010

I have an IPhone 4 which I just updated the software to v6. After the update, it stopped syncing with my Outlook 2010 calendar. ITunes says it syncs but neither my IPhone or Outlook calendars update. Can anyone help me?
