CPU and Heat Issues

Lately, I am being bothered by my rampant CPU overusage for sites such as Youtube and Niconico Douga. Just recently, I saw my activity monitor show a 97% CPU usage on Chrome Renderer, and at times Chrome's Flash Plugin Pepper go to 80%. Yes, this pushes up my temp to near 100C, and that is making me worried. Here is my system spec:

Processor Name: Intel Core 2 Duo

Processor Speed: 2.26 GHz

Memory: 2 GB

Has a cooling pad and SMC Fan Control running at 6200 rpm

This has been a continuing problem for me, and I cannot seem to find a solution to this **** problem.
