I purchased i phone 4g 32 black from my friend he broght from spain with orange network. now i am in qatar not servicing with here's network. how can i it unlocked here and what is solution for this. please help me.

Only the carrier can unlock the iPhone. Tell your friend to contact the carrier (Orange) and get an unlock.
ONLY the original mobile carrier that the iPhone is "locked" to can "unlock" it. There are no alternatives. So contact the original carrier in Spain and ask them to unlock it.
