I try to make the Russian Apple ID with my Visa card attached, but when I click "Create Apple ID" it just says "Please contact iTunes support to complete this transaction". So here I am:) The card is valid thru 2014 by Alfa Bank. Heeelp!)

Munas, yup, it was issued in Russia; The only service I used with it on-line was PayPal activating, not even using it.
Due to security reasons, some banks require separate activation for online use. You may call your bank help line and check where your card is able to make online purchases.
