Your computer restarted because of a problem - warning help!

Question

Hi I need a bit of technical help.  My mac mini is not shutting down properly.  On top of this  I used disk utility and  I tried to repair disk permissions but it failed.  I then reformatted my HDD and did a fresh install of ML.   Despite this I&#x27;m still getting the shutdown issue with the above warning.   Following a discussion thread on another site I&#x27;ve attached a copy of my panic log in the hope that someone with more expertise can tell me what the problem is. Safe boot may stay on the gray radian for a long time, let it go, it&#x27;s trying to repair the Hard DriveReboot, test again.If it only does it in Regular Boot, then it could be some hardware problem like Video card, (Quartz is turned off in Safe Mode), or Airport, or some USB or Firewire device, or 3rd party add-on, Check System Preferences&gt;Accounts&gt;Login Items window to see if it or something relevant is listed.Check the System Preferences&gt;Other Row, for 3rd party Pref Panes.Also look in these if they exist, some are invisible.../private/var/run/StartupItems/Library/StartupItems/System/Library/StartupItems/System/Library/LaunchDaemons/Library/LaunchDaemons
