iTunes 11 Stops Responding When Accessing iTunes Store in Windows 7

Ever since I installed the new iTunes 11 for Windows, I having nothing but troubles. The library seems fine, but every time I try to access the iTunes Store, iTunes crashes on me.


It doesn't matter which account I use, the problem is the same for every user.


Any help with this issue will be gladly appreciated.

We are having the same problem.


But also complicated as apple ID is signed in under a friends name! She needed to reset her apple ID (as she not got a computer at the moment) & iTunes updated yesterday while still signed into her account.


Have tried signing out of her account, but then iTunes freezes as you have stated, and Then partners pc comes up with the same message you get!


Any help would be greatly appreciated.
