I faced the problem on FCP7 there have shown about "out of memory" & quit unexpectedly FCP7.I remove 3files from final cut pro user data & check the setting on fcp all are ok . finaly remove the FCP & reinstall but problem still same.My disk space is max1TB.Please guided me about this problem.

What kind of clips are you working with? Possibly unsupported formats, stills that are too large, or not RGB.

what format are your source clips and what are your sequence settings? I recently had an issue with a prores file that supposedly matched the sequence settings but still had a render bar and caused an out of memory error when I tried to render. Solution: brought the file into compressor and applied the prores preset and exported. This file was fine and didn't have a render bar.
