Credentials could not be verified username or password is invalid.

Hi,

Past few days we have problem with Work Group Manager (WGM)

The Users which i have added recently, they are unable to access their emails. And we check from mail server's IMAP logs it shows 'Credentials could not be verified username or password is invalid.'

When we restart Open Directory or Mail Server then the problem is getting fixed but it happens frequently so in a long time it's not solution.

So, what can be done to fix this issue?
