Online help says to log into account in iTunes 11, then,

Choose Store > Authorize This Computer.


Unfortunately, this option doesn't exist. There is an option to deauthorize all computers but that's not what I want to do. Anybody know how to simply authorize a Windows computer with iTunes 11 so I can play purchases from the cloud?
