The OpenOffice icon in the dock changes to a zip icon every time I boot up. When I click it ibrings up the dreaded box (see attachment) thinking it is the first time of opening but of course it is not.

Thanks but the first open box is not the problem as it comes up when I first open a new app. The box which appears is a different one but usually appears when I boot up. I ampuzzles as to what is generating it asit is not the one you refer to in your link. Sorry cannot make image bigger but will do when it reappears.
Thanks for the suggestion but it does not the answer in this case but will use the suggested setting in security in future.
