icloud is not working in settings

Hi, I have the iphone4. Followed all the directions for downloading iCloud. However, when I go to settings on my iPhone, the iCloud icon is greyed out. I cannot tap on it to further my settings. (Facetime, Facebook and Twitter are also greyed out.) Please Help.

iPhone 4, iOS 6.0.1

It sounds as though you have a restriction set up.

To check go to Settings>General>Restrictions and then under "Allow Changes" make sure "Accounts" is set to allow. This should enable you to select iCloud from the settings menu.
