I bought and downloaded Potty Time With Elmo, an interactive book. The interactivity isn't working. It does work on another Elmo app that I purchased. How can I Re-download it?

If it's still in the store then it should show in the Purchased tab in the App Store app - if you still have the app on your iPad then you will need to delete it before you will be able to re-download it via that tab.
I did as suggested deleted original app and downloaded it again but still no audio
Do you get audio in any apps i.e. have you got notifications muted ? Only notifications (including games) get muted, so the Music and Videos apps, and headphones, still get sound.
Depending on what you've got Settings > General > Use Side Switch To set to (mute or rotation lock), then you can mute notifications by the switch on the right hand side of the iPad above the volume switch, or via the taskbar : double-click the home button; slide from the left; and it's the icon far left; press home again to exit the taskbar. Thanks for the attention you are giving this. Actually it is more then the audio...the interactivity doesn't work.
Looking at some of the reviews for the app in the store and there are comments such as :
Limited content and not very interactive.
..absolutely no Elmo audio
Elmo doesn't speak a lot
dull songs, not interactive
So I don't think that it's just you.
