How do you get the iTunes T&Cs to appear in the user language?

My iTunes store is France (which is forced on me by a combination of my current address and Apple's conditions of purchase) but I have iTunes in English and my iPhone in English.


The latest T&Cs have appeared on both my IPhone and my PC, but they are a mix of English and French*. There's nowhere I can say that i just want English and accept the document in that language.

(* there are lots of places through the iTunes UI where it can't decide which language it's supposed to use, which I put down to very poor testing)
