I have a new macBook Pro - and am in the process of setting it up. There are upgrades to the OS which I cannot download because the iStore keeps asking me to accept the new terms and conditions, and no matter how many times I check the Accept box nothing happens - I've seen this post before on Sept 30 - have they fixed it yet?

Upgrading App from App store. must accept new Term and conditions. I check the box but nothing happens. Did this BUG since 2012 ever get fixed??
I tried "restart" twice but no help.

Glad to read you've fixed it but do give a thought to the point of these forums and find a moment to tell people 'how' you did it. You looked in here for help, hoping someone would answer your problem; HLaws (above) has the same problem as yours was ... and your answer could have helped him/her. It's how the system is meant to work.
