If I enter an event on any of my devices, even if they are plugged in to my iMac and synced, they do not update.
My iMac is running Snow Leopard OS10.6.8, my iPad and iPod are up to date with OS6.0.1.

Thank you, Frank. But actually I'd rather not use the Cloud just yet as it caused problems for my husband when he started using it...i.e., duplication of everything on iCal. It took him several days on the phone with tech support to resolve this. And, yes, I do mean DAYS. So I'm a little gun-shy when it comes to the Cloud.
Well then I don;t know of any other way of syncing iCal between devices, sorry.
Perhaps something with iTunes but that's only a guess.
