Do you have a case on your iPhone?
i just open the box today.. its a known problem or its a problem whit my specific phone?
It's more to do with the proximity sensor, when you hold it up to your ear while on a call does the screen turn off?

Try doing a hard reset and see if the problem continues. Hold the home and sleep/wake button for 5 seconds until your iPhone restarts. If it continues let me know.

You might want to take your iPhone to the nearest Apple Store and have an Apple Genus look at it. There's nothing that I can do because it's a hardware problem. Is there any advice you want me to give you?

Call Apple first and see if they can help you before you send it to have it fixed or replaced with a new phone. Since you just got your phone they should be able to help you. The problem you have is common with the iPhone 5, only few people have issues with the proximity sensor. Le me know what they say and if the'll fix it for you.
