Just ordered a 4s phone from t mobile. How do I import my contacts from my Nokia n8 to my iPhone when I am told my iPhone has a micro sim? Does an adapter come with the iPhone .?

Just ordered a new iPhone 4S on t mobile.
How do I sinc my contacts from my old Nokia N8 to my iPhone .
I was told that I will need a SIM card adapter to do this ? Does one come in the box or do I have to buy one.....or do I need one at all ??
