please help. I was inputting really important info into my iCal when I pressed command R by mistake. This refreshed my ical - bascially deleting everything I had just put in. It is so important that I retireve it. please tell me how?

Refresh doesn't delete so that's not it.
Go www.icloud.com, login and check whether the server calendar is correct, post back.
how to undo ical refresh?
