Sometimes my iPad asks if I want to verify by answering questions or by email.  When I choose to answer questions, it asks for my birthday but then tells me it is an error.

Also when I try to sync iTunes from laptop to iPad, it only goes from iPad to laptop, not the other way around.

    Verify what exactly?

What are you trying to do? It sounds like whatever you buy on the iPad transfers to iTunes on your PC, but music is not syncing back to the iPad. That doesn't make sense. Can you expound a little bit?

If I type in my password incorrectly logging into Apple on iPad, in order to reset password, I see screen asking if I want to verify by birthdate or email.  When I choose birthdate, I'm told my date is incorrect (I don't remember putting in my birthdate when I set up iPad).

I have many songs on iTunes on my desktop and that I want to have synced with my laptop and iPad but when I hook iPad to either desktop or laptop, it only syncs from iPad to either device.  Hope this makes sense.

Here is a step by step guide for syncing music from iTunes to the iPad.

Connect the iPad to the PC and launch iTunes.

Click on the iPad name on the left side under devices.

Click on the Music Tab on the right.

Click on all of the albums or playlists that you want to sync - or the entire library if you like.

Click on the Sync Music Heading.

Click on Apply in the lower right corner of iTunes

Can I assume that you are not able to sign into your Apple ID on the iPad? If so, that might be why you cannot sync music back to the device from iTunes on your PC - if the music was purchased with the ID that you cannot sign into.

But, somehow, I still think that I am missing something here.
