My MacBook Pro detects my iPhone 4's Remote and I can enter the 4 digits but the app can't find my iTunes library

I cannot connect with the app!

My MacBook Pro detects the Remote, I enter the 4 digits and then my iPhone tells me it cannot find my Library -_-'

I am connected on the same wi-fi with both devices and it's not a guest network

I already logged off and then back on Home Sharing both on the Mac and the iPhone, I also tried deleting the app and reinstalling it...
