Share photos between to Mac's with photostream

Hello I have a problem,

I want to share my photo's with photostream between two Mac's. If I add a new Pic an Mac A iPhoto add this picture in his photostream folder but on Mac B I can view the picture only in the photostream folder but the photo doesn't downloaded. If I do the same with the iPhone and not with Mac A the photo were downloaded.

So my question what can I do that iPhoto download photos from photostream in another iPhoto?

I use a MacMini (late 2009) with 10.8.2, MacBookPro (mid 2011) with 10.8.2 and use at both Mac's iPhoto 11

full instructions for PS are here - http://www.apple.com/icloud/setup/

you can add photos from PS to a Mac by one of two ways - drag them from the PS section to an event to import to the Mac - or in the iPhoto preferences check the preference to automatically imoport new photos

In the iPhoto preferences all checkboxes are enabled. But the automatic download works only if I add an picture on my iphone. and not if i add an photo I iphoto on a mac.

I do not have multiple Macs to test but I see no documentation to indicate that photos added from the Mac are any different that photos added from an IOS device. Where did you find this information?
