I no longer have the Artison printer, but these tips from their support group did allow me to connect. Perhaps they will help.

Artison wants to see a wireless network name that has no more than 12 characters, no special characters like an apostrophe, asterisk, etc, and no spaces in the name.

So, if your wireless network name is something like Keepselling's Network, the Artison will not connect.

Change the wireless network name to keepselling, for example.

Same rules for your wireless network password

IF you are using WPA2 Personal security for the wireless, you may need to try WPA/WPA2 Personal
