Why would you have reason to be suspicious? Did you buy it from somewhere unofficial?

Can it connect to iTunes on your computer and download, install and run apps from the AppStore? Fake iPhones can't do that.

Ask Siri, if there is a response, it is real iPhone 4S or maybe a real iPhone 5.

If my iPhone 7plus the serial is accepted , is there any possibility it's a good fake or jailbreak ?

I Know this is old but I did what you said and it says my warranty is expired. Did Boost sell me a used phone? They also did not give me that pretty little white box. I paid $550.00 for my 5 s on Saturday 7/11/15 Thank you....

Warranty starts with original sale. If the warranty on that iPhone is expired,

it is not a new iPhone. Return it to Boost for replacement or refund.
