While running OSX 10.8.2, Safari 6.0.2 with Flash 11.5.502.110 I attempt to use hulu or amazon prime and I get a "blocked plug-in" error which sends me to Adobe for a flash download. I have reset safari, uninstalled flash, reinstalled, etc. to no avial. Any suggestions?

From the Safari menu bar, select Safari ▹ Preferences ▹ Security and check the box labeled Enable plug-ins.
The box is checked. I unchecked and recheacked it and still receive the "blocked plug-in" message.
Take each of the following steps that you haven't already tried.
1. Select Safari ▹ Preferences ▹ Extensions from the Safari menu bar. If any extensions are installed, disable them and test.
2. In the Safari preference window, select Privacy ▹ Remove All Website Data. Close the window. Then select ▹ System Preferences ▹ Flash Player ▹ Advanced and click Delete All. Close the preference pane. Test.
Same "blocked plug-in" message displays after completing the above (I have extension turned off).

Right-click or control-click the highlighted line and select Services ▹ Open from the contextual menu. A Finder window should open. Is it there more than one Flash plugin in the folder? Is there another folder named "Plug-Ins (Disabled)" alongside it?
Yes, there are two "Flash Player.plugin" icons and a "flashplayer.xpt".
No "Plug-Ins (Disabled)" folder though.
One of the Flash Player plugins is outdated. Open the Info window on each one and check the version number. Delete the older one. Then relaunch Safari and test.
