Why are you SHOUTING?

What info do you want to get on your new phone? If you never synced your old phone with iCloud, then there is no info in iCloud to put on your new phone.

If you were syncing and backing up your old phone to your computer, all of the data from your old phone should be in the applications you sync with, or in an iTunes backup file which you can restore to the new phone.

Ironically, posting all in CAPS makes your post much less easy to read, and people are less likely to reply.
